Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your kit to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your kit must be in the same condition as when you received it— unused, with all original components and packaging intact. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us at info@wemakecs.com to request a return. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note: items sent back without requesting a return first won't be accepted.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your kit is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@wemakecs.com so we can make it right.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3-5 business days to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, reach out at info@wemakecs.com and we'll look into it.
